It has been nearly 1 year since I gave birth to my second child, and I am still losing hair and my hair is becoming thinner. What can I do to make my hair thick again? Or is it an aging process?

Some of my friends experienced postpartum hair loss for up till 1 year after delivery. It does gets better once the body adjust back to the pre-pregnancy state. To “facilitate” the recovery process, some tried to eat well (though this is tough because most have not much time to eat, much less to prepare a well balanced meal for themselves). Other more “doable” tips are keeping wet hair wrapped after washing and letting it air dry for a while before combing, avoiding tight ponytails. Not sure if any of the suggestions will work for you. Hope it gets better soon!

If you haven't already tried anti hair loss products, you should. I'd suggest organic hair products with no or little chemicals. Anything with coconut oil or olive oil is good because it can help strengthen hair. Changing your diet might help too. I heard cutting down on caffeine might help with hair loss. You can also eat vitamins supplemented with keratin and calcium. Most multivitamins for women contain these vitamins.
