Slipdisc during pregnancy

Has anyone had a slipdisc during pregnancy?I was recently discharged and was told to have a lot of bed rest, but the thing is even bed rest triggers the pain. Doctors can only give me paracetamol for the pain. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to control the pain? I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant. So far I've done stretches and changed positions of how I sleep and working on my posture.

Sometimes prolonged bed rest can actually make back pain feel worse, so it’s worth asking whether gentle movement, stretches, or pregnancy-safe physiotherapy might help in your situation. If you develop worsening numbness, weakness in your legs, difficulty walking, or any bladder/bowel issues, contact your doctor immediately. Hoping you get some relief soon and wishing you a smooth remainder of your pregnancy.
