Pain in abdomen in 7th week

Hie, I am 7 week pregnent and have visited a gync and confirmed my pregnancy. I was suggested bed rest but today have worked house chores for 3 hours a stretch.... I rested after that but now after 5 hours there is a pain from my bellybutton to my abdomen as if something is pulling ... I expected it to be gas so I had gastiatic medicine but the pain persist.... #pleasehelp #firstbaby #advicepls #1stimemom my doc is out of reach so be kind n reply
