Senior Doctor walking in during birth with Junior doctors

Hi has anyone experienced this before, during labour the Senior doctor just walks in with 4 or 5 junior doctors without even asking permission from you first! Are doctors making use of situations to do such thing! Aren’t they supposed to inform us beforehand that this might happen are we okay with it or not?
