Has anyone been taking naps in the afternoon and then waking up immediately with bodyaches, fever and flu like symptoms? I realise i get it each time i nap in the afternoon. Would like to know if anyone experiences the same. Am feeling so horrible each time i get it. Am 8 weeks pp.

How long did you nap each time? I will wake up and feel this way of my nap is insufficent.
