Aih, 38 weeks dah, memang tension kan! Diarrhea sekat-sekat macam ni mmg boleh sign ada changes, tapi kepala baby turun doesn't always mean bersalin dalam hari-hari ni, kena tengok juga contractions pattern and cervix dilation, so definitely check with your doctor or gynae soon, even kalo rasa macam "false alarm" je, sebab at this stage better safe than sorry. A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing and some bersalin within a week, some tunggu sampai 41 weeks, so really varies! In the meantime rest when you can, even if jalan sakit, short walks still ok sebab gravity help baby engage more. Hang in there, almost there na!
