Nak tahu usia kandungan berapa weeks

Question

Hai, saya ada check upt pada hari ahad 27/3, naik double line tp samar. Then sy keep repeat, smlm dan harini dah naik terang seperti dlm gambar yg saya attach. Soalan saya.. pada 9/3 sehingga 13/3(5 hari) saya ada keluar darah tp sekali je sikit sgt sgt, then coklat mcm spotting. Mmg tak heavy mcm darah period, sbb takpakai pad pun. Saya confuse yg 9/3 tu saya period atau proses implantasi? Sebab last first day saya period bulan 2 pada 1/2.. so saya taktahu nk ikut bulan 2 atau bulan 3.. sbb kalau saya ikut bulan 2, usia kehamilan saya skg dah 8 minggu.. tapi kalau ikut last first period bln 3, baru 3 minggu(which is not pregnant) andai kata usia kehamilan saya skg 8 minggu, kenapa 27/3 saya check upt baru positif? Sbb usia kehamilan pun dah 8 minggu.. Sbb before 27/3 saya ada check upt tp negatif.. adakah sbb hcg dlm badan saya rendah sbb tu lmbt detect upt? Sekarang saya confuse taktahu nak pergi scan bila sbb taktahu usia kandungan saya berapa minggu. Saya takut kalau pergi scan skg, masih taknampak lagi kantung.. biasanya doc akan suruh dtg apabila usia kandungan dah 6w.. #pleasehelp  #firstmom

Aiyoh, congrats dulu mama! But honestly, based on your timeline la, the bleeding on 9-13 March sounds more like implantation spotting rather than your actual period, especially since it was so light and different from your normal period, so I'd go with your last proper period on 1 February as your starting point , which puts you around 7-8 weeks now. The reason your UPT was negative before 27 March tu memang likely sebab HCG hormones were still building up and not high enough yet, some people take longer to show positive, especially if implantation happened later. Best thing is book your scan sekarang dengan your gynae, and just tell them exactly what you told me (the Feb 1 period, the March spotting, the late positive UPT), doctors deal with this confusion all the time and they'll do a dating scan to figure out your exact weeks, no stress. If baby kantung tak nampak, they'll just ask you balik dalam 1-2 weeks, it's normal procedure je. Don't worry too much, just get that appointment done so you can see your little one and know for sure!
