Ooh I love beetroot! Honestly I mostly just throw it into my daily morning smoothie with some apple and carrots — easy, fuss-free and my kids don't even taste it! Sometimes I also toss it into my rojak or salad for that extra sweetness and colour! So yummy and healthy at the same time — highly recommend mamas!
