I just had miscarriage 4months ago. I suspect Im pregnant again.

Had missed miscarriage 4months ago and delivered my fetus. Doc asked me to rest 6 months before try to conceive again.. but I'm suspecting that I am pregnant again, anyone had similar case like mine? What's the chances of success in this pregnancy..? I'm afraid of another miscarriage episode...
