Post natal massage
Had my c sect on 19 oct, till now have not started post natal massage. Is it too late? Wound still a lil sore and pain

My massags lady advice can start one week after c-sec. Might be abit late to book now. Usually we have to book months before delivery. You can try still can try ask around, see if anyone willing to take you. I got a malay lady & she is always busy/full.
