Avoid the tuna. Tuna is high in mercury. I craved for that too but skipped it for the sake of my baby. Can check on tuna on this app under food & nutritions. Best to avoid it

I had sushi all the way in my pregnancy even went Japan for babymoon. my gynae mention as long as it's fresh no issue for raw items but in moderate amount.

Eggs and Tofu is fine. Read an article where the OB-GYN mentioned to avoid tuna during pregnancy due to high mercury content.

Eggs and tofu are ok as long is cooked. Just get from those reputable Japanese restaurants so that their rice are more fresh.

I dun suggest bah. cause the chopping board got cross contaminated or not. you can do diy or maki san.

YOU CAN SUSHI BUT NO RAW AT ALL. YOU CAN HAVE CHICKEN TERIYAKI SUSHI.

I had salmon max. As long as its frozen before then it’s fine. ;)
