Hi guys After delivery only get the citizenships can claim back anothers leave?

Could you clarify your question?... I am a foreigner with a Singaporean husband. Even before my baby was born, I already informed my company that the baby will be Singaporean; hence I was allowed to take 16 weeks ML. I only needed to send the HR a copy of my baby’s certificate.

What about you? Both PR and pending citizenship? If that’s the case, then you will only be given the standard 12 weeks ML...
