Do u give your domestic worker rest in between? If yes how long? Also what time does ur helper wakes up and sleep?

as much rest as you think you would need if you're the one doing the chores. honestly, I don't care if my helper wants to rest and when she wants to do it, as long as at the end of the day, she has done whatever she's supposed to get done. I would let her wake up whatever time she wants unless I need help in the morning but lights have to be off by 10pm. so own time own target.

Exactly! Treat them as humans. As long as work is getting done on time, they can rest as much as needed.
