Medical check up for domestic helper

is it the medical checkup for passport/visa renewal? last time when I was still working as clinic assistant in my aunt's clinic, for foreign workers visa renewal they will have have urine test, blood test, x-ray, basic health check like BP, height and weight. it is ok if she's having her period, if she's pregnant on the other hand usually xray won't be performed on her.

suggest not to. Especially if required to do urine test.
