What is group B strep disease? Any pregnant mom discover this during trimsem?

Infection in vaginal discharge. Both of my pregnancy Ive had GBS+. It has no effect to the mother but dangerous to the baby. To prevent any complications, mother will be on antibiotics during labour, n baby will be warded too for few days. Just to monitor the baby.
