New vs Hand-me-down

I bought new ones and accepted hand-me-downs which were in good condition.

I accept hand me down clothes. Prefers to buy new feeding bottles and etc

I can accept pass down clothes, but for milk bottle i will buy new one

New, but if the budget is tight, nothing wrong with hands me down.
