Stinky breath

Hi. FTM here. Im kind of worried. My 6 month old baby has stinky breath. He is using pacifier and naka formula milk sya. It just started yesterday, and lahat ng pacifier na masuck nya the same ng amoy as his breath kahit pa anung hugas and linis and sterilize ng pacifier hndi nawawala. have you experienced the same?
