Switching formulas can be a bit of a gamble since every baby reacts differently, so it is worth doing a gradual transition rather than a cold switch to let their tummy adjust. My friend actually switched her boy from a sensitive formula to Gentlease and she said the change took about a week to settle, but he was less gassy after that, so overall she felt it was worth it. Just keep an eye on the stools and any rashes along the way, and if anything looks off, best to check with your PD before going further lah.
