For ladies who have delivered - what's the first 24 hours after you deliver in the hospital like?

The most recent one. Emergency Csec due to placenta previa. I woke up and kept moaning in pain. Unable to see my child as he is a premature baby and had to be intubated. Mainly on bed. struggling to get up and manage the pain and myself as my prev two pregnancies is natural

i didnt take my lunch b4 they sent me to labor room, delivered at 8pm but then i was just so excited to meet the baby and i didnt sleep after delivery.... i was with the baby the whole night wide awake till my hubby came in the morning. 😊

Tired! Sleepy, exhausted. I cant describe how exhausting i was. Nearly fell asleep with baby on me. Slowly after the aches started com8ng and i was not able to sleep. Wonder if other mums had issues sleeping as well?

For my first child everything was a blur to me. I couldn't believe i gave birth! for my 2nd, it was pretty tiring as my 2nd born was admitted into NICU for breathing issues. So it was constantly filled w worries

Feels excited and talk nonstop kept wanting to see my LO hug her and breastfeed her. But den after I discharged I was so tired... Guess I din rest well during my “short holiday” hahahhaha

For me, i couldnt sleep. I was stck staring at my baby the whole night bc we had him in room 😊 but its hard to move bc of your stitches bc the anesthesia wears off. Gets lots of rest.

after my c section I was asleep for 18hrs ! hahahaha . it was painful and hard but when I saw my little chinito .. everything was gone all the pain .. ❤️

I felt tired eventhough, very excited after seeing my little princess... Her finger touches me.. She feels proctected after my hugs... I felt

everytime it is different experience (preggy with 4th child now). the last one was difficult for me as i had fever dan aching all over.

i just wanted to sleep after czer LoL, only able to see my baby 16 hours after, coz unable to wake up from bed.
