Sensitive to smell

Hi all, first time pregnancy. I’m already at week 17 and still sensitive to smell - triggers me to vomit. I can’t smell my house and this is giving me alot of stress cause i’m stuck in my masterbedroom - lonely and felt useless. Anyone facing the same issue?

Hey! 17 weeks pregnant too and FTM. I have been feeling this near daily in the last few weeks. The smells from cooking make me nauseous mostly. I tend to sit in the room too and open the windows to ventilate the room and get in some “natural” smells. You’re not alone!

I can't use the public toilet at work or shopping center.. it makes me vomit. week 18 here. I even burn a candle in my home toilet before I brush my teeth or I will gag at the slight smell of drainage

Totally understand! I’ve burn candles too but sadly all the smell i loved previously have turned into something i dislike now. I know it’s hard, we will get through this! Take it slow!
