Honestly when I'm feeling overwhelmed, I just take a few deep breaths and give myself permission to cry it out — no shame in that mama! I also love going for a short walk or just sitting quietly with a warm cup of tea once the kids are asleep to reset my mind. 🍵 Talking to my husband or a close girlfriend always helps too because sometimes you just need someone to listen without judgement! What about you, how do you cope?
