Honestly I give myself a short pity party first — sometimes you just need to feel it before you can move on! Then I'll treat myself to my favourite food (chicken rice or a good ice cream never fails), call my bestie for a good chat, or just watch a comforting show on Netflix to decompress! Remember mama, disappointments are just life's way of redirecting us to something better — jiayou, better days are always coming!
