Stomach tight after eating

Feel so tight after eating that don't dare drink water. But I'm so thirsty. Urine also yellow. But I can't drink more cos stomach so full. What did u all do?

Drink water is a must I think. Regardless of the stomach is tight. Mine also tight but I always drink water after eating. Very essential.

Wow. I don't drink after eating. Maybe rest for 30min later then drink. Cos stomach too tight. Walk also feel uncomfortable. Ya I know very essential. Do u feel is worst at night time?
