Stomach tightened

Hi guys. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and my stomach feels really tightened. It is so hard.. so far no vaginal discharged or bleeding. The ribs area feel so tight too. What should I do? Is it an emergency?

It might be braxton hicks. You can look it up online and see if the symptoms are the same. If it is, then don’t worry too much :) BH is normal.
