Hi everyone! I am a back sleeper and am unable to sleep on my side (will turn naturally on my back when asleep). I know this is bad in the long run, any tips to force yourself to side sleep?

You can try those big U shaped pillows or make a pillow fort that braces your back when you sleep on your side. Hugging the big pillow with arms and legs also help.
