Sleeping position
Hi! I am currently week 17, I have been using maternity pillow and try sleep on my left side. However, when I wake up, I always found myself sleeping on my back. I heard is best for mummies to sleep on the left side...how to make sure not to sleep on my back again.

I have the same problem. Esp after too long on left side, my left leg is very painful even though i alr got a pillow in between my legs n cushion on my back. 🤦🏼♀️

I put pillows on both sides near to body. It prevents me from sleeping on back. Can only sleep sideways partially on either pillow
