Hi everyone! I am a back sleeper and am unable to sleep on my side (will turn naturally on my back when asleep). I know this is bad in the long run, any tips to force yourself to side sleep?

me too. but get a pregnancy pillow that will wedge u in between and go to sleep on ur side, that's the position that you'll stay on the longest. I tend to still wake up on my back so I just roll over once I realise I am on my back. :)
