Hi everyone! I am a back sleeper and am unable to sleep on my side (will turn naturally on my back when asleep). I know this is bad in the long run, any tips to force yourself to side sleep?

i use the wedge type pregnancy pillow and support my back with additional pillow. im also a back sleeper and would wake up on my back. so far, this has been working for me. hang in there!
