Hi everyone! I am a back sleeper and am unable to sleep on my side (will turn naturally on my back when asleep). I know this is bad in the long run, any tips to force yourself to side sleep?

put a pillow behind you to prevent you from rolling onto your back. even if you did you’d still be mostly on your left!

Agree with this! This is what I do and it is pretty effective :) also hug a bolster or pregnancy pillow between my knees helps greatly to make it more comfortable.
