Rant. Mum keeps commenting that I’m spoiling my baby??

Every time she sees anyone carrying my baby to sleep she would say that we are spoiling her- since the day my baby was born. It’s so frustrating. She doesn’t understand that babies get grumpy when overtired too so she would play with my baby even when she’s too tired and then complain when my baby gets grumpy?! And says she’s spoilt.

Eeee hate it when other people have this mindset. For god sake. Theyre just a baby. They need comfort. They cant be independent. I rather hold my baby all day long than him being cranky and overtired. He needs a safe space. I totally understand my mil says this too and im so pissed

Totally understand your feeling. My mil also forbid me to carry my baby. But she ownself can carry. If your husband is at your side then good... else such things will be the cause of quarrel like me now.
