Alamak, 4.2kg is memang quite substantial lah! A few of my mum friends also delivered large babies around that range, dan honestly the labour was longer and more intense compared to their previous pregnancies, but doable lah. I'd really suggest discussing with your doctor esok about the best delivery plan, especially since the baby is quite big, so you know what to expect and can prepare yourself mentally.
