Painful wrist

Entering my last few weeks of pregnancy and my wrist is hurting so bad, esp the joints! I don't recall carrying heavy things nor straining it though :( Any solutions?

Could be the carpal tunnel syndrome. Try wearing a splint? Can get from pharmacy.
