It’s not about how much you eat, 1 piece of unclean raw cucumber or tomato is enough to cause you problem. My suggestion is just homemade your sandwich and clean those veggies well if u eating it uncooked
I would avoid cos don’t know how long they’ve left it out. Maybe get a sandwich with protein etc only then add your own veg at home?
Personally I think it's fine but remember to always wash raw fruits and vegetables to get rid of any harmful bacteria.
