No it's totally not OK. Ecigarettes are illegal in SG for a reason. It still contains the nicotine and carcinogens that make second hand smoke dangerous, additionally the chemicals added are unregulated and you're breathing in that toxic mix in smoke form .
Second hand smoke from e-cigarettes are similar to that of normal cigarette smoke even though it smells like candy. There are traces of nicotine and other carcinogens that have adverse effects on a pregnancy.

I personally think if it can be avoided, avoid it. For my case, I personally feel nauseous when I smell cigarette and worse if it’s from e-cigarette.
