I've stopped drinking coffee after I finished my studies and chosen a better way to stay alert which is sports, stretching and power nap. I have no craving ever since then. I was also a tea drinker (green tea and herbals) for health benefits which later turned into addiction, ever since I am pregnant, I had to find alternatives for these. It did bother me since I had to switch this habit off overnight unlike coffees, but readings fact about it helps to deter me from taking it. If I really need it for craving, I make a very diluted one (tea:water) 50/50, 30/70 and drink those just for the sake of tasting a hint of flavor even though it is so run down. Sometimes, I just took few sips and give the rest to my partner to finish it.
