White thing above the tongue

Does any mummy know what is that? How to cure it? Lately my baby like don’t really want to have his milk. He is 5mth 10days now.

Hmm a bit hard to tell what it is based from the photo. Best to ask your doctor if this is affecting your baby's eating pattern too.
