My 4 mth 12 day baby having small white pimple like spot on part of his forehead, nose area and eye area. May I know what can i apply to cure it and is there any way to prevent

It will go by itself. My 5 months had it till she is about 3 months old. I will just moisturize her skin with Cetaphil Advanced Pro Skin till now.
