U may want to go c a gp for lactulose to solve your current situation first. Thereafter you can try taking yoghurt or probiotics supplements daily and c if it helps with your bowel movements. Also try to intake 2 litres of water daily

take stool softener from GP (or you can buy from pharmacy but I think getting from GP wld be better). Take fruits - kiwi (with the skin) and dragonfruit. Don't forget loads of water!!

Prune juice works for me. Else try Fybogel - my gynae said ok to drink this.

I take vitagen every morning when I wake up and night before I sleep.

Yellow dragon fruit works wonder! Magnesium oxide is also helpful.

Eating fruits, specifically dragon fruit really helps for me :)

go see a GP or gynae. they will prescribe lactulose for you
