Craving for bad food like chips and instant noodles
Hi does anyone of you experience craving for unhealthy food like chips and instant noodles like mi sedap or mi goreng? If yes how do you avoid these food? Anything to curve the craving?
I just eat with no restrictions. I do eat my main meal these are snacks to me. My baby is healthy everything is good.
I eat once or twice per week 😌 i just eat what I want but always share with my husband. Chips I eat everyday
So far I ate instant noodle once. I’m Week 31 now. Told myself to think for baby and overcome the cravings.
I give in to it. Lol! Just eat in moderation. Cause I believe “a happy mom has a happy child”
Indulge with your craving but only sporadically. Also eat in moderation always
I eat once a while... Like two to three times per month...
