Losing appetite at week35

Week 35 now. Still recovering from flu. Had been sick for the past 2 weeks. Don’t feel like eating and got nauseous feeling. Anyone experience the same?

Bad Cough & Phlegm

Week 34 now. I have been coughing for more than a week. These few days getting worse because of thick phlegm. Went GP & get pregnancy safe meds but seems like doesn’t help much. Any natural cure for coughing?

Either honey ginger water / honey lemon water / honey lemon ginger water for home remedies. Avoid too spicy or oily/ fried foods Do rest well.

How does it feel like having Braxton Hicks? Does it last very long? Happened how many times in a day?

The whole stomach will suddenly feel tight and you might feel breathless. But it won’t last Long. Around 1 min or less you will feel ok.

Tummy pain around Belly button there

I’m Week 27 now. Last few days felt tummy a bit stretched and when press down in the center can feel a bit pain. Today the pain seems to be more obvious, never press also can feel. Is this normal?

Yes I feel that too. Mine started earlier like 18 weeks. I feel that my belly button is a bit sensitive and has this sore kind of pain. I dont bother much because I feel like my tummy is just expanding and my belly button is popping out. Mine is tolerable. You can try to eat small meals but frequent so you wont feel too much strech in your tummy

Leg cramp at night

Experiencing leg cramp for few nights consecutively . Couldn’t sleep well. Already taken mc yesterday. Today have to drag myself to work despite insufficient sleep. Any advice to improve this?

I faced this too on most nights. I read that its good to do some leg stretches, ankle rotations, massaging ur legs etc. Heard compression leggings helps, but not too sure cus i dun have it so didnt try.

Subsidized Check up at Gov Hospital

Has anyone gone for ad hoc checkup at hospital without appointment? I’m not feeling well (week 24) and wonder if I can just walk in.
