morning sickness
does anyone else’s morning sickness feel like this - i feel like im nauseous and hungry at the same time. sometimes the nausea is so strong it feels like my stomach is on fire (feels like hunger) 🤢

it is quite normal! i had the same symptoms during my first trimester and eventually it continued to second trimester but my gynae always reminds me to eat dry plain biscuits first thing when i wake up and always snack on so i survived on those tips! hope it gets better for you ✨
