Does anyone else knees ache since giving birth? My knees have this slight ache every time I stand up.

I got that too especially the first three months after delivery. We lose a lot of calcium during pregnancy as baby is also absorbing our calcium intake. And after delivery we tend to overwork our knees squatting up and down to carry baby, bathe baby etc therefore it is common for women to have knee pain after birth.
