Gestational sac not round normal ?

Did my scan on week 6 day 1, doctor say the gestational sac not round, is that normal ?

Hi, did your doctor elaborate more? Should the sac be really round? Can you see the embryo in the gestational sac? I did my scan a few days ago, can see gestational sac but mildly irregular but Dr didn't say anything.. But mine is week 5, still early, so can't see embryo yet
