Hai! Sakit ari-ari after period habis tu memang boleh jadi normal for some of us, tapi kalo terus-terusan sakit a few days after, maybe worth checking with your gynae to make sure nothing else going on, bisa jadi period cramps yang linger, hormonal changes, or something else yang perlu perhatian. One of my mum friends juga pernah experience ni, doctor dia check dan semua okay je, so don't worry too much but better safe than sorry lah!
