constipation during 25weeks pregnancy
Dear mummies, I'm currently at 25 weeks pregnancy but have constipation these few days and it is very painful.. Is there any solutions for easing the pain? Appreciate your advices. Thanks ?
Include apples, pear or prune juice in your daily diet and have plenty of water as well. Pregnancy tend to cause u dehydrated and therefore constipation.
Take prune juice / red dragon fruits n drink losta water. Or get stool softener from doc safe for pregnancy Have some fruits Everyday at least once.

I eat guava daily when I constipate. It helps
