caffine for confinement and breastfeeding

Dear mummies May i know if is okay to drink coffee or tea during confinement or when breastfeeding?

Yes it is fone but please have it in moderation. Like 1-2 cups a day and also have 2 hrs of gap between having coffee and breastfeeding
