Advice for dads?

Dads are supposed to help contribute for the family, paying for all expenses. But now the wife also contributes. But what if the dad can't earn enough. Feel stress. Need more money. End up working until die, never spend time with the newborn, because busy working. Feel easier to just get an accident. At least family will get life insurance payout
