Confinement Nanny or Helper?

Hello All, Am conflicted between getting a confinement nanny vs helper. With the latter, it saves more costs. But question is, is this cost worth saving? Appreciate you sharing your advice/opinions!

get a confinement nanny. they are specialised in baby needs. helpers need a lot of training, even basic things to you may not come naturally to them, you don't need the extra stress when recovering.

confinement nanny is just for 28 days tho... so helper if looking for longer term help
