My child is one month old only, she always keeps her neck to right side while sleeping and lying on bed . Will it affect her face or neck ?? Is it harmful??

hi jusneet, i would suggest you try to change the position gently while your baby is sleeping. my SIL's son used to do the same, but his head has a distinct tilt to the shape. he is 8 years old now and it is still very visible.
