7 month old have pimple like bumps

My baby girl is 7 months old and on/off she will have pimple like bump(s) appearing on her face and/or neck. Is it normal for infants to have pimple like bumps/rash at this age? Is there anything to be worried about?#firstbaby #firsttimeparent
